What’s included in your sound bath session?
Your ticket includes everything you need for a nurturing and restorative journey:
- All equipment is provided – mat, pillow, blanket, bolster, and lavender & rosemary-scented eye pillow.
- Introduction to Reiki and sound healing – learn what a sound bath is, how Reiki supports healing, and what you might experience during your session.
- 50 minutes of sound healing with Reiki-infused crystal singing bowls to align mind, body, and spirit.
- Post-session debrief – including a chakra talk, explanation of how bowls correspond to chakras, and optional group sharing.
- Grounding treat – a small bar of dark chocolate.
- Choose your Oracle card (optional) to close the session with guidance and reflection.
Each sound bath experience is unique and may also include Reiki healing, breathwork, meditation, intention setting, and aromatherapy with essential oils.
The day after your sound bath experience, you will also receive a Restorative Sound Bath Resource Pack to support integration.
