- Four attunements to connect you to the Reiki energy
- Introduction to energy, the chakra system and its role in healing

- How to conduct a self-Reiki treatment
- How to conduct a seated/ rapid Reiki treatment on others
- How to conduct a full Reiki treatment on others
- Hands-on practice of self-treatment and treating others
- Techniques for grounding, protection, and energy sensing
- Learning the standard hand positions for Reiki treatments
- Creative ways to use Reiki
