My name is Amy, and I'm a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. I have been verified as a practitioner by The Reiki Association and I am registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Having spent 20 years working in the City in Financial Services, and as a wife and mum of two, I understand the pressures and strains that come with both corporate and family life.
Commuting, navigating pre- and post-COVID working patterns and trying to meet corporate expectations, whilst wanting to be there for and spend quality time with your family can be challenging and stressful.
The constant outside demands on your time, energy and attention pulling you in all directions, can cause stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
Having lived through it, I understand how vital it is to create space to calm and clear your mind and take the time to relax, recharge and rebalance.
That's why I founded Three Little Birds.
Throughout my adult life, beyond work and family responsibilities, I have dedicated myself to exploring and practicing modalities that promote calm, relaxation, and balance for both body and mind.
I believe life should be enjoyed fully and that we are supposed to feel good (most of the time!).
I first heard about Reiki in the early 2000's, around the time I started practicing yoga and meditation.
Yoga, meditation and Reiki are now a daily practice for me. They keep me grounded and aligned and help me remain balanced and calm.
These practices have been invaluable in supporting my mental and physical health in a natural and sustainable way. They bring with them innumerable benefits and I love sharing them with others.
Over the years, regular study has become an integral part of my life. Personal development and self-improvement are core values of mine.
I have a passion for reading and learning, and I often share insights and wisdom I have come across in my newsletters and blog posts.

My intention when I signed up to my first Reiki class was simply to learn more about energy.
Once I understood and experienced Reiki’s power to relax, rebalance and heal, however, I knew it was something I had to share.
Reiki's gentle, non-intrusive nature makes it suitable for everyone, regardless of age or health condition.
Practicing Reiki on myself, my friends and my family, I witnessed incredible benefits: relaxation, improved sleep, pain relief, and a sense of emotional lightness and wellbeing.
Inspired, I continued my training, learning distance and intuitive Reiki, which allowed me to offer healing both in person and remotely.
Becoming a Reiki Master was a transformative experience, surrounded by talented healers and immersed in daily practice. This intensive immersion in Reiki was amazing and helped me understand the profound benefits of regular sessions.
Regular sessions make me feel wonderful: light, calm, aligned, balanced, and free. My own experience of regular sessions inspired me to create my 'Complete' and 'Intensive' Reiki packages.
This journey confirmed my passion for Reiki, leading me to become a full-time practitioner dedicated to sharing this incredible healing power with others.
