Reiki 1 courses require a £100 deposit upon booking.
Reiki 2 and Reiki Master Teacher courses require a £150 deposit upon booking.
All deposits are non-refundable but dates may be transferred subject to availability with a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice.
The final course fee is due 3 days prior to the course start date at the latest.
Payments are non-refundable but appointments can be rescheduled, with at least 24 hours (1 full day's) notice and subject to availability.
Missed sessions or sessions cancelled within the 24 hour window are non-refundable and non-transferrable and will not be rescheduled, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

No cancellations or refunds are given for non- or late attendance. Tickets can be transferred to a friend, but not to another date or time.
A booking fee equal to 50% of your session cost confirms your date and time. This booking fee is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to event and is non-refundable.
You may reschedule your event once with a £100 fee providing at least 72 hours (3 days) notice is given. The new date must be scheduled at this time and be within 30 days of original date.
All original agreement terms apply to a rescheduled event.
No rescheduling less than 72 hours (3 days) before the event, for any reason.
If your event is running late and you would like us to end later than scheduled, we will accommodate you if possible. The overtime rate is £45 for every 30 minutes (or portion thereof).
Special events that are outside the normal bespoke or corporate sound bath may have additional terms and conditions that will be included on the invoice.
