About the podcast
Hi! I'm Amy,
I’m an entrepreneur running my own business as a Reiki Master Teacher, offering Reiki training and 1:1 sessions. I also work as a sound practitioner, hosting sound baths in Purley, South London, and as a life coach, supporting both 1:1 clients and group coaching sessions.
In my work, I tend to weave everything together - coaching, Reiki, and sound all complement each other and support the same intention: helping people shift their energy, perspective, and how they feel in everyday life.
I’m passionate about personal development, understanding how the mind works, and exploring how we can create real change in how we think, feel, and show up in life.
While social media and email are great for staying connected (and I do have an email community you’re very welcome to join - see below!), I’ve always been drawn to slower, longer-form content. That’s what I want this podcast to be - a space to go deeper into what I’ve learned through my own journey, my clients, my studies, and ongoing growth, and something that feels like a chat between friends.
I also really enjoy talking about business. I spent around 20 years working in financial services in the City of London, which gave me a strong foundation - but building your own business is a very different path. It’s as much a mindset shift and personal development journey as it is anything else.
Outside of work, I love travelling, road trips, sunsets, walking in nature, yoga (daily for over 15 years), languages, food, DIY, and doing life with my family. I’m a mum of two teenagers and married to a (hungy!) Italian.
So this podcast brings all of that together - personal development, business, wellbeing, energy work, and real life. Pop your airpods in while you're out on a walk, cleaning the house, or making dinner and let me keep you company.
