I suppose I should share a bit about me before we get started...
I'm Amy, a Reiki Master, sound practitioner and Reiki teacher from South London. I'm married with two kids, I love yoga, DIY, languages, roller-skating and learning new skills and I am always reading books that teach me more about myself and how the mind works. (If you have any book recommendations, let me know!).
I made the shift from the corporate world to complementary therapy in the middle of 2023. Having worked in the City of London for 20 years, it was a big change, but a good one and I'm really enjoying it so far. In that time I have learned a lot - both about myself and what I'm capable of and about the skills involved in running your own business.
Honestly, I'm still learning and I think that will always be the case!
So, whether we know each other or not, welcome, my friend, how are you?
