Manifesting your dream life
On my socials last week I shared this manifestation method. It's similar to one I shared in my book ‘A Year of Great Habits’ (and it's a sneak peek of an upcoming book - sign up to join the community if you'd like to be the first to hear more on that 😊) the difference is that in 'A Year of great Habits', I invite you to use your imagination.
Imagination is a very powerful tool, but if we are limited in our thinking, we can unconsciously hold ourselves back.
We don't know what we don't know, and often we've lived inside our little boxes for so long that we can't see beyond the walls we have created for ourselves. Sometimes we might feel we're not worthy of something better or we don't let ourselves go there in our minds because we don't want to 'tempt fate' or set our expectations too high. In those cases it can be truly challenging trying to imagine a bigger, better, brighter future for ourselves.
Why use AI to help?
Using AI to help you visualise your future, to add detail and to expand your mind in terms of what you can achieve - and create steps to get you there - is such a beautiful and positive way to use it, I had to share it with you here.
AI, much like the Universe, is not judging you as you judge yourself.
It doesn't have an opinion on you setting a goal of earning £100k per month - or per week (or even per day!) - or buying that new car, or your dream house or holiday. It doesn't have any limiting beliefs about money. More importantly, it doesn't have any limiting beliefs about YOU.
It accepts completely that you can have any and all of these things and will recount to you a wonderful version of your life once you have them.
Neither does it have an opinion of you finding the perfect spouse or having great relationships, or a healthy body, or a published book - or whatever it is that's on your list of dreams and goals.
How to use AI to manifest your dream life
1. Write out all of your goals, dreams and desires either in a word/google doc, the notes on your phone, a text or an email to yourself. No one is looking, no one is judging and you don’t need the approval of anyone else to ask for what you want. Let your imagination run wild. Write down everything and anything you’d like to be, do and have.
2. Open ChatGPT (it's free) and type in “tell me a story of a day in my life as my future self based on this description”: and copy and paste your list of goals, dreams and desires.
3. Read through your future life! Get into the feeling of it as much as possible. Get excited and really understand and accept that this is possible for you. Visualise it and let it really sink in that this is where you’re going! If you have any tweaks you'd like to make, make them! This is your life, make sure it reads like the life you really want.
4. Now type the instruction: “create a daily schedule for me to follow that will allow me to achieve this life” and it will give you a step by step plan with time blocking and ideas to help you make it your reality.
It's that simple.
